1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, and activities on the 8999ber platform. By using the 8999ber website or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

8999ber is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. We are committed to fair play, transparency, and user protection at all times. These terms have been published in Bengali with Bangladeshi users in mind.

2 Account Registration & Verification

The following conditions must be met to open an account on 8999ber:

• Only one account may be registered per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required to verify your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
• Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately.

Verification Process

As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may verify your identity, age, and payment method. Verification may be mandatory before withdrawals. Payments may be put on hold if required documents are not submitted.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

The following categories of individuals are not permitted to use 8999ber:

• Any individual under the age of 18
• Citizens or residents of countries where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Employees of 8999ber or their immediate family members
• Anyone whose account was previously closed due to a Terms & Conditions violation

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit

Deposits on 8999ber can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Funds are typically credited to your account within 5–10 minutes.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If a fraudulent transaction is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes, though verification requirements may cause delays in some cases.

5 Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonus offers on 8999ber are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, typically ranging from 10x to 30x.
• Bonuses have an expiry date — they will be cancelled if not used within the specified timeframe.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
• To qualify for a referral bonus, the referred person must be a genuinely new member.

6 Betting Rules & Regulations

The following rules apply when placing bets on 8999ber:

Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered active as soon as confirmation is received after placement. No bet is final before confirmation. If a bet is not recorded due to a technical issue, it will be considered void.

Bet Cancellation

• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• 8999ber reserves the right to void any bet recorded at incorrect odds.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, the remaining selections remain valid.

Betting Limits

Maximum bet limits are set for each event and market. Unusually large bets may be held for review.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's identity or payment method
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or abuse the bonus system
• Syndicate betting to exploit arbitrage advantages
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Running multiple accounts from the same household or device
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8999ber reserves the right to suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found
• If registration was completed using false information
• If fraudulent activity is suspected
• If KYC verification fails

9 Limitation of Liability

8999ber is not liable for the following:

• Bets or game sessions missed due to internet connectivity issues
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence
• Financial losses from gambling — gaming carries risk, and you must acknowledge this before participating.

10 Changes to Terms & Dispute Resolution

8999ber reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on-site notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. If the issue remains unresolved, it will be referred to international arbitration. 8999ber's decision is final and binding in all disputes.
